Hi, this bands' tastes are impeccable, judging by an entry on WWW.sneakerpimps.be member list. I'm just up t A19 at Elwick? Spotted cow, Macauville, are yes gotcha. Not too sure about the bands location name, Teesside! isn't it Tees Valley or summat now? I prefer Teesside. The SP's have a side project band called Transporter, as in t bridge, though Ian is a 'artlepudlian. Chris's folks still live in t Boro. (Corner, not cornet, get it? Cornet-ice cream- Rhea) maybe too far back for yooz lot. Any way best of luck, you'll need it in the music industry. Here's another I'll thro in for good measure--- Princess superstar. Cheers Geo.

hi a19geo - thanks for posting!
small world isn't it?
it's funny, i've been a fan of the sneaker pimps since becoming x yet i didn't realise they came from round here, though i should have realised when they were playing at the arena in middlesbrough just after 6 underground was released.
teesside is a funny word. apparently, it covers stockton, middlesbrough & hartlepool (situated around the river tees of course).
we're not really teesside though, we're actually part of cleveland county, but we didn't want to put our location as cleveland in fear of being mistaken for cleveland, usa.
i think tees valley is the name of the industrial estate by the river??
i think i get the chris rea reference, but not sure i get the princess superstar bit. found her web site and got lost in a sea of confusion!??!!?
