What happened to the Soundclick page? - it's coming up "page not found" every time I try! I really wanna hear your album as it was recommended to me by a friend! I like Portishead & Massive Attack.
Thanks - Nick.

Nick wrote "I like Portishead..." If you do you must also like a North East Band called WWW.sneakerpimps.beA lot of descriptions on the nett (MTV) say " Borrowing heavily of Portishead" but I can assure you that they never copied a note. SIMILAR, certainly but totaly original. Here is an acurate account. www.pollstar.com/news/viewhotstar.pl?Artist=SNEPIMRLiam is a top producer, & has been featured in Sound-on-sound It might be the phine lines round here, but my new 'puter often cant find pages from my Bookmarks or Favs.

;D ;D ;D ;D
Glad to see other people out there loving the Sneaker Pimps!
I agree with you, they have their own sound! I do love Portishead too, and Urban Clearway - but Sneaker Pimps are one of my favorite trip-hop groups!!!

thanks for posting on our forum! it was getting too quiet in here once again.
we (urban clearway) all love portishead & the sneaker pimps as much as we love massive attack.
it's tricky (excuse the pun) trying to pick a favourite trip-hop band - 'cause they're all so great in their own ways.
we also love tricky, lamb & airlock.
if u like portishead, you'll love lamb. they sound very similar at first, but lamb's lyrics are less dark and mainly about love. (quite positive actually which makes a change for trip-hop).
their sound is still very dark and spooky though, but the positive lyrics alongside contrast each other quite nicely.
speaking of sneaker pimps.be ...
we're taking part in the angle remix contest and should have our version available for download by the end of the month!
let me know what you think.

Hi guys,
Just wanted to let you know I got my copy of the album yesterday - it's superb!
My favourites so far are Freedom, Dog Tagged & Mass Confusion - but I haven't heard the 2nd half of the album yet.
Are there any remixes of Dog Tagged?
Peace. Nick

When I was listening to Dead Forest today - I thought it reminds me a lot of Toxicity - System Of A Down - but much less aggressive of course!!!
